Purchases made from GEMS YATRA are done at the buyer’s own discretion and risk.
Unboxing Video Requirement: To ensure that we provide full support, if any item appears damaged or missing, we require an unboxing video to be sent immediately after receiving the package. Without a valid unboxing video, Gems Yatra will not be responsible for any claims of missing parts or damages. This is essential due to the nature of the business and to maintain transparency.
