GemsYatra (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates www.gemsyatra.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, transparent, and reliable delivery experience.

If your order is not delivered due to a verified technical or courier issue, please contact us with your Order ID. Eligible cases are typically resolved (replacement/refund) within 7–15 working days after confirmation.

📦 Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing Time: 24–72 hours after order confirmation
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (excluding weekends & national holidays)
  • Special Items: Energized/abhimantrit products may require additional preparation time

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS/email.

🚀 Delivery Timelines (India)

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 4–8 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather, courier delays, or peak seasons.

📍 Address & Contact Accuracy

Customers must provide:

  • Complete and correct delivery address
  • Valid and reachable phone number

GemsYatra is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete details.

🔄 Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2 times
  • If unsuccessful, the parcel is returned to us

👉 For re-delivery, additional shipping charges may apply.

⚠️ Courier Delays

Once the order is dispatched, delays caused by courier services, logistics issues, or external factors are beyond our control. However, our team will assist in tracking and escalation.

📦 Damaged / Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged or tampered:

  1. Record an unboxing video before opening
  2. Refuse delivery if severely damaged
  3. Email us within 48 hours with:
    • Order ID
    • Photos/videos
    • Tracking (AWB) number

After review, we will provide:

  • Replacement / Repair / Partial Refund (as applicable)

🔁 Undelivered / Return to Sender (RTS)

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Phone unreachable
  • Refusal to accept

Options:

  • Re-shipping (extra charges apply)
  • Store credit (after deductions)

Note: Energized or special items may not be eligible for refunds.

❌ Order Cancellation / Changes

  • Before Dispatch: Allowed (contact ASAP)
  • After Dispatch: Not possible
